Our shipping policies are designed to be fast, easy and great for you, which is why we ship FREE around the world with our network of distribution centers.

All estimated delivery times refer to standard business days, excluding weekends and holidays.


How fast is free shipping?

United States: 4 - 7 days

Europe: 6 - 10 days

Australia: 10 - 18 days

Canada: 10 - 15 days

Other destinations: 5 - 18 days

Free shipping times are approximate and not guaranteed. Delivery times can be delayed by extreme weather conditions, high package volume and other factors, especially during the peak holiday season. 


Can I get my package faster?

We offer three guaranteed expedited shipping services for U.S. customers:

  • 3 business days for $4.99
  • 2 business days for $9.99 (or FREE with $35+ purchase)
  • 1 business day (overnight) for $19.99

These expedited services are offered at checkout, so please select the service you need. Orders must be placed by 3 p.m. EST to ship out that day.

For European and Canadian customers, there are two expedited services, Priority and Express. The speeds are listed at checkout. Priority is not a guaranteed time frame, but the Express service is guaranteed. If you choose Express service, please make sure that you choose a delivery address where you can be reached during the day, as some private carriers will not leave the package with anyone but the designated recipient.


If I order with a paid service, when will my order ship?

As long as you order by 3 p.m. EST on a U.S. business day, your order will be packed and shipped the same day. Please take into account mail holidays when calculating which service you need.  

For example, orders placed before 3 p.m. Wednesday with 2-Day Shipping will arrive Friday. Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST on Wednesday are the same as those ordered on Thursday and will arrive by Monday.

All expedited services include priority handling, so those orders will go to the front of our shipping queue, ensuring that some get into the mail stream even faster.

We want to get your package to you as fast as possible, so we may ship your order with a private carrier. Private carriers may not deliver to PO Boxes, which can cause delivery delays or failures. For expedited orders, please provide a street address (not a PO Box or Pack Station address). If a PO Box is provided as the shipping address, we will ship the order as requested, and we cannot reship or refund shipping costs.


How long does it take to ship out orders?

98% of orders ship out within one business day of being placed. If your order is placed before 3 p.m. EST, there is a good chance it will be shipped out that same day, although this is not guaranteed unless you choose an expedited service.


How can you help if my package doesn't arrive on time?

If an order placed with an expedited service does not arrive by the scheduled delivery date - which will be determined based on available tracking information - then we will cheerfully refund the cost you paid for shipping.


How will I know that my order has shipped?

You will receive an email with details when your order is shipped.


Will I get a tracking number?

U.S. customers will receive a shipping notification email that includes a tracking number. Please remember that tracking isn't always updated perfectly by shipping carriers, so please allow a little time for everything to register in their systems.

If you live outside of the U.S., you will get a tracking number if you choose the "Express" service.
