I love these extenders. The only thing is that when you get it set where you want it, it doesn't always stay there. You will need to readjust it frequently

Sturdy and perfect
My girlfriend loves it. It fixed two problems with the standard seatbelt: The buckle hurting her hip and the belt scraping her neck. By being 6-7 inch farther, the belt is back on her shoulder and the larger buckle is more over her thigh, which does not hurt.

Seat Belt extender
Purchased a seat belt extender, stiff, for my KIA Soul as I will be going through right shoulder surgery and not able to move that shoulder. The extender works quite well in allowing me to buckle/unbuckle the seat belt without moving my right shoulder.
