    This is a great seat belt cutter, worked fast and easy. But now my seat belt is useless. How is a person supposed to rate something that cannot be tested beforehand but is kept for emergency use. The other reason I cannot rate it (on a spare seat belt I keep in my drawer) is that I haven't received it yet from you. C'mon guys, some things don't need a review! Think before posting these surveys,

    I thought it was similar to a pair of scissors. not a letter opener. I am not satisfied with this product.
