The Frankie should only be used by those whose seat belts do not fit. Do not use the Frankie in a way that changes the way the seat belt protects your body.
Do not use the Frankie in a fashion for which it is not intended. You agree that use of the Frankie is at your own risk. Do not alter the Frankie. Never use the Frankie when the portion of the seat belt that crosses your lap will not adjust snugly on hips. Never give a used Frankie to someone else. Frankies are not for use by those who are pregnant. Never place the Frankie on your stomach or on the side of your body where the seat belt retracts. Do not leave the Frankie in the sun. Never allow the Frankie to come in contact with bare skin or let it rest on bare skin. Do not use the Frankie with any other seat belt accessory or device. Never leave the Frankie on the seat belt when it is not in use. Never leave the Frankie unsecured when not in use. Never let someone who does not need the Frankie use the Frankie.
Inspect the Frankie before each use.
Clean as necessary and maintain Frankie in original condition.
Stop using the Frankie if it becomes damaged or dirty or the integrity of the Frankie is or becomes compromised in any way. Stop using the Frankie after a crash of any kind or magnitude. A crash can cause damage to the Frankie that you cannot see.
Notwithstanding the above do not use the Frankie if it or its use in any manner conflicts with the owner’s manual for the particular vehicle in which you intend to use the product. User agrees and acknowledges that he or she has read the vehicle’s owner’s manual where the Frankie is intended to be used in order to determine if its use is allowed by the vehicle manufacturer or contacted the vehicle manufacturer directly in the event that the owner's manual lacks information or the User had or has any question about the Frankie or its use.
